Shipping Policy
Orders placed and processed before midday are usually delivered on the next working day. We typically use Royal mail and DPD for deliveries but are not limited to these two companies, who we decide to send your goods with will be at our discretion.
If there is a delay receiving your goods please note this may be caused by the courier and not us, if customers leave mobile phone numbers and email address when placing their orders, tracking information will automatically be sent to you so keep an eye on emails and text messages.
We never request the courier (even if asked) to leave goods without a signature and proof of delivery. If customers have personal arrangements with couriers and goods are left somewhere 'safe', the risk of these goods going missing is with the customer and not Water2taps. We will not refund goods that have gone missing when couriers are asked to leave something in a safe place.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for the tap and a 100-day return policy for the POD 1.0 filter, which means you have respectively 30 and 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you need to contact us by using the contact form on our website footer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The risk and cost of returning goods is with yourselves and not Water2taps, please ensure you use a reputable company and service that will cover any damages that may happen to the goods during the return.
Returning the tap
It is very important when returning the tap that it is packaged exactly as it was received with flexible hoses and other parts packaged in their respective locations within the box. Taps can be easily scratched, if the tap is not packaged correctly and loose parts scratch the body or spout of the tap, we may only be able to offer a partial refund. Any missing parts will be deducted from the original price. The tap box will also need to be placed in a plastic protective sleeve like it was received as the box will be used again so cannot have labels stuck to it. We will not accept any returns whereby the product has been installed and used unless it is faulty – please see the tap warranty page for more information.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the situation and correct it.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange goods is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are unable to refund any shipping fees related to orders sent to European countries.
Anything purchased from this website must be returned to Water2tap.com and not directly to Water2 who may not accept return anyway, a valid proof of purchase will also be required.
Products acquired through third-party marketplaces, private resales, or any unauthorised sources, are not eligible for returns. Water2taps cannot verify the condition, installation, or origin of such items, and therefore assumes no responsibility for their performance, safety, or compliance.
Water2taps reserves the right to refuse a return for any product that cannot be verified as a legitimate purchase through our official sales channels.
Acceptance of these terms are confirmed at the point a purchase is made from our Water2taps website.
